Water Based

• No discharges of sewerage within marina
• No hanging of washing on vessels
• No animals allowed except by agreement
• No items stored on pier fingers at any time
• Children under the age of 6 must be supervised at all times
• All live aboards must have an Electrical Warrant of Fitness
• Onshore toilet facilities must be used at all times
• No noise or disturbance to other marina users
• All vessels must be maintained with adequate anodes and antifoul

Land Based

• No vehicles are to be used as storage
• A maximum of two vehicles only are permitted in the marina car park
• All vehicles to be warranted and registered at all times
• All vehicles are to be maintained in a good condition

Your Agreement

• No unauthorized living aboard
• Live aboards must be pre approved and renewed annually
• 30 days notice required to cancel agreement
• Live aboard approval is not transferable between change or berth and / or change of vessel ownership
